Pamela Corbitt
Pamela Corbitt is the office manager. Pamela performs a wide range of office administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management and tracking, scheduling of jobs, and customer satisfaction activities. She performs accounting duties and uses Xactimate, our estimating software. Pamela performs office duties such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports. She holds IICRC Certification as an WRT (Water Restoration Technician) which is an important benefit in her customer service roles. Pam has a property management background. Pamela has two children, a girl and a boy.
Bob Stillwell
Bob Stillwell is a Project Manager. With 20 years of experience, Bob worked as a superintendent supervisor for the construction division of a SERVPRO near Atlanta, GA. He also served in the Army. Bob is married and lives in St. Mary's, GA.
Jonathan Harris
Jonathan Harris is Sales and Marketing Representative. He focuses on account management, acquiring new customers and building relationships with customers. He is experienced in business-to-business as well as business-to-consumer sales. Jonathan studied at Eastern University. His favorite parts of the job are conducting Lunch and Learns, and participating in Chamber of Commerce meetings. Jonathan enjoys art, playing chess, snowboarding and skateboarding.
Alyssa Corbitt
Alyssa Corbitt is Production Technician. She responds to customer calls with her teammates and is the crew leader on pack outs/content management. She is certified as a Water Restoration Technician (WRT) & Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. Alyssa is an upbeat, hard worker who enjoys helping our clients in their time of need. On a personal note, her fondness for cats leads her to refer to herself as a “crazy cat lady.”
